Each year, over 100 teams of final-year students complete a Capstone Project in partnership with companies. Acting as junior consultants, they tackle concrete business issues in marketing, strategy, digital transformation, HR, finance, or CSR. Projects are supervised jointly by faculty and business contacts, and structured to deliver professional-grade recommendations.
In Year 3, students complete a consulting assignment as part of their “Projet Étudiant Encadré” (PEE). These missions allow them to address real organisational needs while developing autonomy, rigour and soft skills. Projects can be carried out in English or French, depending on the client.
As part of De Vinci Higher Education, EMLV collaborates closely with ESILV (engineering) and IIM (digital & design). Interdisciplinary projects are embedded in the curriculum, bringing together students from all three schools to work on innovation challenges proposed by partner companies. These settings simulate the diversity and complexity of today’s work environments and foster agile, team-based problem-solving.
