EMLV is the only school in France to include a true transversal approach throughout its programmes.
Transversality is a pedagogical method that is possible with the support of two other schools located on the same campus: ESILV (Graduate School of Engineering) and IIM (Institute of Internet and Multimedia). There are transversal weeks organized for graduate students.
During these weeks, students of all three schools work together on case studies confronting real issues for companies (Artificial Intelligence and citizenship, smart cities, industry 4.0…).
These are real strategic projects presented by companies that focus on challenges involving innovation or digital issues.
Being a world class manager not only means being up to date with modern business development practices, but also having the skills to manage an international team.
This dimension is another focus in the MiM programme: self-discovery and skills improvement help students reach their goals.
Sharing business simulations with students from all over the world as well as going through the MBTI (Myers–Briggs Type Indicator) will give them a Global Manager profile.
