Of the 577 graduates from the class of 2023, 499 responded to the first job survey, representing nearly 83% of respondents. With a net employment rate of 87%, EMLV graduates waste no time in finding a job.

Key indicators of professional integration after business school
With 18 months of internships in companies, starting in their first year at EMLV, students are trained to face the professional world as soon as they graduate, and even before. According to the 2024 employment survey, 79% of graduates are in professional employment. 86% of them are employed on permanent contracts and 92% found their first job within four months of graduating.
54% secure a job before graduating from EMLV and 22% of them are recruited within two months.
Careers with an international focus
EMLV emphasises international openness, training managers with genuine multicultural awareness and extensive international experience. As part of its Grande École Programme, EMLV allows students to study abroad for a full year. Diverse international experiences can be a real asset in the job market, and as proof, 48% of EMLV graduates in employment have a position related to international affairs.
Responsibilities and positions held after business school
EMLV aims to create the conditions for effective learning for responsible leadership. 64% of respondents from the graduates of 2024 managers are responsible for a project. 18% of participants hold positions in administration, management, finance and accounting, 22% in marketing, and 10% in sales (including business engineers).
The four leading sectors in terms of employment are: consulting and auditing companies (18%), IT and information services (18%), finance and insurance (18%), and commerce and distribution (10%).
