Driving innovation in teaching and research to provide a global and responsible mindset and multidisciplinary skills that address the challenges for sustainable business and digital environments.
At EMLV, the mission is more than a statement: it is a foundation for strategic choices, programme design, corporate engagement and international positioning. It reflects the School’s ambition to prepare graduates able to understand, connect and act in complex, hybrid and fast-changing environments.
EMLV Business School (École de Management Léonard de Vinci) is a French Grande École recognised by the State and a full member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles. Located in Paris–La Défense, it is part of De Vinci Higher Education (DVHE) that also includes an engineering school (ESILV), a digital and creative media school (IIM), and an executive education division.
EMLV prepares future managers to navigate a world shaped by accelerating technological change—where artificial intelligence, automation and digitalisation are transforming business and society. The School trains responsible, agile professionals who combine technical fluency with human values, and are ready to lead in dynamic, uncertain environments.
This strategic focus is embedded in the DVHE ecosystem, where hybridisation—the intersection of management, technology and creativity—is both a pedagogical model and a long-term response to global transitions. Shared governance, interdisciplinary programmes and cross-school collaboration structure a learning experience that reflects the complexity of today’s challenges.
From Bachelor to DBA, every EMLV programme reflects the School’s mission and strategic priorities. Project-based learning, interdisciplinary teamwork, international mobility, digital tools and corporate immersion are embedded in the student experience.
EMLV is recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education and holds the triple international accreditation (AACSB, EFMD and AMBA). The School is also a member of CGE, UGEI, NIBS and the UN PRME initiative. These accreditations and networks validate EMLV’s commitment to continuous improvement, academic excellence and international relevance.
EMLV is part of De Vinci Higher Education, together with an engineering school (ESILV) and a digital school (IIM). This integrated model enables collaborative learning, joint academic projects and cross-disciplinary research. It prepares students to understand and engage with technological, economic and societal transitions.
