The first Career Fair of the 2025-2026 academic year brought together more than 40 partner companies on the Paris-La Défense campus to meet students from EMLV, ESILV, and IIM. This is a key event for students to begin their search for internships and strengthen ties between De Vinci Higher Education schools and the business world.
Organised by the Corporate Relations Department, this event kicks off a series of forums and meetings dedicated to professional integration and support for De Vinci students.
Career Fair: an essential event at the beginning of the yeare
The October Career Fair is the first highlight of the De Vinci recruitment calendar. It is aimed at students from the three schools — EMLV, ESILV and IIM — as well as students from De Vinci Executive Education.
The companies present offered internships in a variety of fields: management, finance, marketing, engineering and digital technology.
They were able to engage directly with qualified candidates trained in hybrid skills and interdisciplinary work — a key feature of the EMLV model.
Structured exchanges to prepare for the future
Throughout the day, students benefited from personalised advice from the Corporate Relations department: CV optimisation, working on professional pitches, interview preparation.
These sessions enabled everyone to enhance their soft skills and present themselves with confidence to recruiters. Students nearing the end of their studies, particularly those in the A5 cohorts, were thus able to target their search for end-of-study internships, which often pave the way for a first job.

Opportunities for all courses
MLV students were particularly involved, with sought-after profiles in fields such as:
- Corporate Finance

- Marketing et Communication

As well as international programmes:

More than 40 companies mobilised around the talents of the Cluster
Among the partners who came to meet the students were major players in technology, banking, insurance and industry: Air France, Bouygues Télécom, Capgemini, Dassault Systèmes, Société Générale, Thales, Vinci Énergies, Orange, Louis Vuitton, Sopra Steria and SAP.

This diversity reflects the breadth of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci’s partnerships and the attractiveness of the profiles trained in its programmes. It also demonstrates the students’ ability to respond to the current challenges of the job market — innovation, digital transition and social responsibility.
De Vinci Higher Education’s strategy places professional insertion at the heart of its mission. The Career Fair is part of this dynamic, supporting students in building their career plans and transitioning into the world of work.
With more than 3,000 partner companies, De Vinci promotes the matching of hybrid talents with market needs. This approach, based on the hybridisation of management, engineering and digital technology, embodies the values of the Grande École Programme: agility, responsibility and commitment to major economic and societal transitions.
This first forum marks the launch of the 2025-2026 internship campaign and confirms the importance of career support within De Vinci Higher Education.
