In September 2026, the Campus du Parc will welcome EMLV’s programmes to Paris La Défense: Grande Ecole Programme, Bachelor’s degrees, MSc, MBA. This 18,000 m² site combines heritage restoration, environmental performance and teaching spaces adapted to changes in management.
Located in Paris La Défense, close to the RER A and RER E (Nanterre La Folie) train lines and André Malraux Park, the Campus du Parc supports the multi-campus development of the Léonard de Vinci cluster and strengthens EMLV’s position as a leading management school in Europe’s premier business district.

The Campus du Parc: 18,000 m² dedicated to EMLV management training
The Campus du Parc covers an area of 18,000 m² on a one-hectare plot. The building was designed by architect ITS, with Colliers responsible for the interior design. The project is being led by Eiffage Immobilier and carried out by Eiffage Construction.
The main works will be completed in early 2026. The interior design will continue into the second quarter of 2026. The teams are scheduled to move in in June 2026, with students arriving in September 2026.
This new environment will contribute to the development of EMLV’s programmes, including the Master in Management – Grande École Programme, which leads to a Master’s degree and is accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EFMD Accredited Master, as well as Bachelor’s, MBA and MSc programmes.

Renovating an iconic architectural site
The Campus du Parc is located on the site of the former Nanterre School of Architecture, which closed nearly twenty years ago. Designed by Jacques Kalisz and Roger Salem, the building is a landmark of 1970s modular metal architecture.
The project retains 40% of the existing volume. The structure combines steel, wood and concrete, linking heritage and contemporary extension.
Winner of a call for tenders launched by the Greater Paris Metropolis in 2018, the site has been given a new academic purpose, integrated into a dense higher education ecosystem.

Spaces designed for hybrid teaching methods at EMLV
The building can accommodate up to 4,500 students at a time. It has 87 classrooms with 35 to 44 seats.
Some rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 120 people per module. Two lecture theatres with 300 and 200 seats can be combined using a movable partition. Each seat has electrical outlets and full audiovisual equipment.
Eight soundproof teaching studios allow for a variety of teaching formats: hybrid courses, simulations, and case studies in project teams.

A Learning Centre equipped for collaboration
The campus also includes a Learning Centre, production studios, collaborative spaces and co-working areas. This configuration supports the hybridisation of management, technology and digitalisation promoted by EMLV within the Léonard de Vinci cluster, alongside ESILV and IIM.
Living spaces play a key role: cafeteria, gym, relaxation areas and green terraces. Sport, which is compulsory during the first two years of the Grande École Programme, thus finds a setting suited to its academic dimension.
The building is organised around a central Agora, covered by a transparent roof that regulates the temperature according to the amount of sunlight.

Environmental performance and landscape integration
The Campus du Parc is equipped with photovoltaic panels that cover part of its electricity consumption. It is connected to the district heating and cooling network. The design favours natural ventilation and bamboo sunshades, in collaboration with a thermal engineering firm.
The project has been awarded the Bâtiments durables franciliens (BDF) silver certification, as well as the E3C1 label for the new part and the BBCA Rénovation label for the existing part.

The landscaping project is based on extensive planting, species diversity and the preservation of open ground areas, in keeping with the neighbouring André Malraux Park.
With the Campus du Parc, EMLV is creating an academic environment that is consistent with its positioning: to train hybrid managers who are capable of evolving in technological, multicultural and transitional environments.
