Companies are key stakeholders in EMLV’s ecosystem. Their involvement goes far beyond internships or recruitment: it contributes to the design of our programmes, the development of transversal skills, and the strategic evolution of the School. By working closely with a wide network of corporate partners—locally and internationally—EMLV ensures its graduates are prepared for the realities of a transforming world of work.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration
As part of De Vinci Higher Education, EMLV collaborates closely with its sister schools—ESILV (engineering) and IIM (digital & design)—to address business challenges from multiple perspectives. This interdisciplinary model enables:
- Access to hybrid talent pools combining management, tech, and creative skills.
- Cross-cutting approaches to AI, sustainability, cybersecurity, data ethics and the future of work.
- Participation in multidisciplinary consulting projects with teams drawn from all three schools.
Corporate partners benefit from structured access to applied research and innovation through several dedicated institutes within De Vinci Higher Education. The De Vinci Research Center (DVRC) leads interdisciplinary academic research aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and major corporate transformation challenges.
The Institute for Future Technologies focuses on emerging topics such as generative AI, data governance and quantum computing. The Crypto-Assets Institute supports business exploration in blockchain, tokenisation and decentralised finance. These platforms enable co-publications, collaborative projects and knowledge transfer tailored to strategic business priorities.
Learning and Programme Impact
Corporate engagement plays a formative role in shaping the academic journey at EMLV. Our programmes are designed in collaboration with business experts to ensure alignment with real-world challenges and future skills needs. Examples include:
- Majors and modules co-designed with input from industry professionals, ensuring content remains relevant, applied, and up to date.
- Case studies and live business challenges embedded into coursework, enabling students to work on concrete problems provided by companies.
- Client-facing projects carried out in teams, often in partnership with our premium corporate network.
- Regular reviews of programme content with corporate stakeholders through advisory committees.
Professional Development
Beyond curriculum design, companies support students in preparing for their professional integration through a wide range of activities and personalised services:
- Recruitment fairs and on-campus events connecting students with employers across sectors and countries.
- Mock interviews, coaching sessions and personalised career support provided by corporate volunteers and alumni.
- Workshops focused on key global transitions: digital transformation, ethics and sustainability, international mobility.
- Mentoring schemes and job shadowing opportunities offered by company partners.
