 The Welcome Desk’s mission is to make students’ arrival in France as easy as possible, regardless of the chosen program: exchange student or full-time international programme. The assistance offer proposes a range of essential procedures, including:

•  Finding accommodation: Our team can guide students in securing suitable accommodation options near the campus.
• Visa validation and renewal: We support navigating the visa process, ensuring students’ legal status remains valid throughout the studies period. 
• Settling in on campus: The Welcome Desk offers resources and guidance to help students adjust to campus life, including information about facilities, services, and extracurricular activities.
• Banking and telecommunications: We assist in opening a bank account and obtaining a telephone subscription, ensuring students have the necessary financial and communication tools during their stay.
• Public transport and social security: The Welcome Desk can help students acquire a public transport card for convenient travel and provide information on how to apply for social security and housing benefits.

Welcome Week: A Memorable Introduction to De Vinci Higher Education

A welcome week is organized at the beginning of the school year to kickstart the academic journey.  

This week allows students to familiarize themselves with the campus, meet fellow students, and interact with staff members. 

During the welcome week, students can participate in administrative workshops and engaging activities organized in collaboration with the Erasmus Student Network, a student association committed to enhancing your experience.
