MBA Programme in QS Global MBA Rankings for The First Time

The EMLV Business School’s MBA has made it into the prestigious QS Global MBA Rankings for the first time, among the 11 best MBA French institutions offer. This achievement validates the academic excellence of the program and comes as a culmination of the school’s efforts to meet international standards, after its triple accreditation by AACSB, EFMD, and AMBA.

Every year, as many as 25 000 students enroll in universities worldwide to get their MBA. But how many of them are in top programs? According to ACCSB, less than 6% of the business schools worldwide are AACSB accreditated. Only 2% of the institutions have AMBA accreditation, the highest standard of achievement in post-graduate business education.   Global rankings such as QS and Times are one of the best ways to gain perspective on an MBA’s performance, return on investment, international diversity, career prospects, and so on.

EMLV’s full-time MBA is among the top 300 MBAs worldwide in QS Rankings

For its 2023 edition, QS only ranks 300 full-time MBA programmes, among more than 2500 programmes available worldwide. EMLV’s  MBA Programme appears in the QS Global MBA Rankings and enters the list of 300 best business schools to study a full-time MBA for the first time.

In the QS 2023 Global MBA Rankings, EMLV Business Schools performed amongst the top 67% globally out of 300 programs.

QS – a British company specializing in surveying higher education institutions- analyzed global MBA programs in 47 countries using five key metrics: employability, return on investment, entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes, thought leadership, and class faculty diversity. Key features of EMLV’s MBA that the Ranking highlights include the gender balance among students and lecturers and the international mix of students and faculty. Of the 300 programs ranked this year, EMLV performed in the top 8% globally and the top 19,2% in Europe for the diversity of its faculty and students intake.

With a strong international focus, EMLV welcomes more than 35 different nationalities to its Paris La Défense campus each year. More than 50% of the faculty is from abroad, and more than 80% of the teaching staff holds a doctorate. This faculty is highly qualified and comes from prestigious institutions renowned for their academic excellence: the University of Dauphine, ESSEC, HEC, Stanford, Columbia, Centrale Supelec, Warwick, Macquarie, etc.

For its first apparition in the QS 2023 Global MBA Rankings, the EMLV’s MBA ranks 10th among the only 11 programs analyzed by QS in France. Sebastien Tran, dean of EMLV, De Vinci Higher Education’s General Director, is pleased with this first-ever appearance in these rankings. “Like our triple international accreditation, this is further recognition of our efforts to provide excellent, relevant, and internationally attractive programmes”.
