Devinci Startup, a Springboard for Student-Entrepreneurs at EMLV

Devinci Startup is a startup accelerator and an intensive, highly-focused on-campus program aimed at early-stage entrepreneurs pursuing higher education at Pole Leonard de Vinci.

Every year, the Devinci Startup program welcomes students from the three schools of the Pole Leonard de Vinci  – EMLV, ESILV and IIM – to help them verify and optimize their ideas for starting a business.

They learn to be managers & entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial education at the EMLV business school relies on Devinci Startup, a springboard platform and accelerator for student-entrepreneurs at the Pole Leonard de Vinci Higher Education. The accelerator is run by Maylis and Julien, both alumni of EMLV and ESILV.

Devinci Startup: Students and Entrepreneurs!

Devinci Startup is the facility that supports students with business creation projects at the Pole Leonard de Vinci.

Hello. Here we are at the Pole Leonard de Vinci’s Pre Accelerator. In this area, students from the three schools come together to create their entrepreneurial projects. If you have an idea but don’t know where to start, if you want to start a business but don’t know what the steps are, or simply if you are inspired by entrepreneurship, Devinci Startup is here to support you. We do so through coaching, events and meetings.

As you will have noticed, whatever your year of study or your school is, our goal is to support you in your growth and entrepreneurial thinking. And if you want to take your project to the next level, don’t be afraid to participate in the startup track that is held at the end of your studies.

I took the startup track. It was cool because it leaves you two days a week to develop your project. More specifically, the one-day course is more focused on entrepreneurship, accounting, economics and business model, business plan, so it’s exciting. The second day, on Tuesday, is a full-time day dedicated to our project.

These 4th and 5th-year startup tracks aim to enable you to connect with entrepreneurs who can give you feedback and give you the tools you need to get to market as quickly as possible to find your first potential client.

We always went to Devinci Startup to get feedback, advice and learn how to build a startup or a project. This feedback helped me enormously with Feachy. There have been many events, including one that has helped us tremendously today: it’s Devinci Startup Week. We had the opportunity to pitch our project during the challenge. Sadly, we didn’t win, but thanks to the jury and the spectators, we could connect with our existing mentor. He discovered our project, and it opened up a lot of opportunities for us afterwards.

To discuss your projects, do not wait to make an appointment with us by email: startup@devinci.fr or on our website: https://startup.devinci.fr/. Find out more at : https://www.instagram.com/devincistartup/
