Nearly 170 graduates and more than 600 students gathered at the Alumni Fair 2025, held at the Pôle Campus. The event brought together a community focused on career paths, evolving sectors and intergenerational exchanges.
The Alumni Fair is an opportunity to learn about careers and strengthen networks, while taking stock of market developments: it is an event that sheds light on career paths and their dynamics.
Devinci Alumni Fair: a loyal, committed and intergenerational EMLV community
The 2025 edition of the Alumni Fair brought together graduates from the classes of 1999 to 2025, united by a common goal: to share professional experiences, contextualise changes in the workplace and pass on practical career advice.
During the event, students from the Pôle questioned their elders about possible career paths, useful skills in the face of technological and societal transitions, and ways to anticipate changes in the world of work.
The discussions highlighted the diversity of possible career paths after training in management, engineering and design: positions in data, consulting, finance, digital marketing, supply chain, information systems and sustainable development.
This represents a cross-section of the hybridisation promoted by EMLV in its Grande École Programme.
The EMLV alumni network
The EMLV alumni network, which has 27,000 members, brings together a committed community structured around regular exchanges, support and professional opportunities.
Working graduates participate in campus life, welcome new generations into their teams, contribute to projects led by the school and maintain close ties with other members of the network.
This ongoing dynamic strengthens cohesion between graduating classes and supports career development throughout their careers.
A panorama of prestigious companies at the heart of transitions
Today, alumni work in a wide range of organisations: international companies, scale-ups, public institutions, innovative mid-sized companies, consulting firms, industrial players and financial sector structures.
Among the companies represented were Airbus, Capgemini, Valeo, Société Générale, Devoteam, Wavestone, Safran, Dassault Systèmes, SNCF Réseau, BPCE, Thales, Siemens, Amazon, Qonto, Accor, Allianz Global Investors, Eurostar and L’Oréal.
These discussions provided a very concrete illustration of the skills expected in the market: understanding of emerging technologies, ability to collaborate in hybrid environments, consideration of CSR issues and mastery of new digital tools.
An event focused on services, support and skills development
The Alumni Fair also brought together several internal initiatives from the Léonard de Vinci Centre that support talented individuals throughout their careers.
- Poletech offered participants professional profiles, which are useful for updating their application materials.
- De Vinci Executive Education presented its training courses and certifications that can be used throughout a career, in line with the changing needs of the profession.
- The Institute for Future Technologies shared its work and opportunities in the field of innovation, highlighting the close links between training and technological transitions.
This connection between alumni, businesses and education is one of the distinguishing features of EMLV’s PGE programme: a comprehensive ecosystem built around hybrid skills, international openness and the ability to support transformation.
A highlight in the life of the network, at the dawn of a new chapter
The evening concluded with a discussion between graduates, marked by the diversity of their backgrounds and the strength of the community bond.
By 2026, the opening of the Parc Campus will give new impetus to these gatherings, strengthening spaces dedicated to innovation, interdisciplinarity and professional networking.
