MBA and MSc Students Network With French Employers at “I Pitch & Meet” Career Fair

EMLV international students browsed the job market at the the annual “I pitch & meet” career fair. The event allow MSc and MBA participants to explore internship and job opportunities in France and abroad.

EMLV hosted its annual “I pitch & meet” recruitment event February 16 with the help of Corporate Relations and Partnerships service at Devinci Higher Education.

“I pitch & meet”, a platform for partner companies to find  international talent

Amid a growing need for digital, marketing, finance and sales talents, more than 20 major employers attended the 2022 career fair to meet and recruit MBA and MSc international students.

Among the participants were HR representatives from : ADEO Services, Avanade, Axa Tech, Axa Partners, BETC Fullsix, Bricolant, Dualis, Famoco, Find Consulting, Kairnial, Kenton Transportation, Micropole, Stellantis, VMWare.

More than 80 students got the chance to pitch their skills infront of the recruiters and meet them afterwards at the networking party.

What is a “I pitch and meet” event and what to expect?

• “I pitch & meet” is an opportunity for employers to come to Devinci Higher Education campus and meet face-to-face with MBA and MSc candidates.
• At this event, each registered employer participates in panel interviews with three or more interviewers from the faculty and student services (Corporate Relations, International Relations, Career Department).During the introductory pitch, students have 3 minutes to articulate their value and express their interest in their selected sectors and industries. The next 10 minutes are for face-to-face questions and discussion.
• After the panel discussion, the students get the chance to chat with companies representatives during a networking session. Employers may request further action, such as applying online or emailing them directly after the fair but, often, submitted resumes are registered for additional consideration.
• Examples of other networking events include the Devinci Career Fair, Alumni Fair, Alternance Fair; and many other after-work events, job datings, company visits, career conferences across campus in any given academic year.  A complete list of corporate opportunities and be found here on our website
