Organised by the Corporate Relations Department in partnership with De Vinci Alumni, the event welcomed recent graduates from EMLV, ESILV, and IIM looking for their first professional role.
As graduates transition from academic life to the professional world, the job fair offered a speed meeting format to facilitate direct, fast-paced exchanges between recruiters and young talent.
This structure encourages effective matchmaking between job opportunities and candidate profiles while opening a space for open dialogue around mutual expectations.
The objectives are twofold:
The fair brought together companies from a wide range of sectors, including consulting, engineering, digital, cybersecurity, and mobility.
Among the attending partners were:
Capgemini, DAVRICOURT, Sopra Steria, Thales, INETUM, AXIANS, Manpower et SNCF.
Each recruiter shared their current hiring needs and met with graduates in a professional yet accessible environment.
Beyond job interviews and offers, the job fair also helps participants strengthen their professional network. It serves to maintain strong ties between the school and its alumni community while deepening collaboration with corporate partners.
This initiative aligns with the Pôle Léonard de Vinci’s ongoing support for student employability, embedded in its career-oriented approach.
Support for graduates continues beyond graduation. The De Vinci Alumni Network embodies this continuity, bringing together an active community of professionals involved in the life of De Vinci Higher Education.
Alumni from various industries share their expertise, contribute to career events, and offer guidance to newer graduates. Their involvement strengthens intergenerational connections and supports the momentum of the three schools.
Meanwhile, the Corporate Relations Department develops strategic, long-lasting links with partner companies, providing direct access to qualified profiles in management, engineering, and digital fields.
These partnerships also foster collaborative projects, enhance employer visibility, and align recruitment strategies with educational training.
Becoming a partner of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci means joining a recognised academic ecosystem and benefiting from tailored tools to attract, train, and hire future professionals.
