De Vinci Higher Education schools have been developing a transversal pedagogical approach that blends different specializations, allowing students to work in multidisciplinary teams – managers, engineers, designers – whilst progressing in their studies and gaining digital knowledge. And is in that spirit that the annual international week inspires students from EMLV, ESILV, IIM and their partner universities to think globally, develop their understanding of different cultures and open up new opportunities after graduation.
During the International Week, EMLV students have the opportunity to immerse themselves into new cultures right here, in Paris, France. The 2022 edition combined face-to-face and digital lectures, workshops, and conferences designed to create cross-disciplinary links on campus.

During the International Week, students can choose from a variety of elective courses to complete their Core Management Programme at EMLV. The training programme covered all areas of business, finance, marketing and management, with over 40 modules.
This course given by Prof. Cynthia Toledo from Tecnologico de Monterrey enables students to understand blockchain, its link with the fintech industry, and why it matters. They can get an overview of the Fintech ecosystem around the world and discover new disruptive digital business models and trends in financial services.

According to Prof. Rana Jisr, from the Lebanese University, the painstaking road for organizational survival is digitization. The digital world has not only changed organizations, but also created a new model of leadership. Digitization is not only reshaping organizations and creating a new workforce, but also reforming the way they operate and manage new challenges. The seminar she introduced to EMLV students focused on managerial leadership and the notions, skills, and ethics that enable leaders to effectively lead the digital transformation in the organization.
